Summary Now don't panic and run out and buy a bundt pan. This is what I do. I just simple take a small stainless steel bowl and place it in the center of the 4 Quart Sauce Pan and voila you are set.

Ingredients: 1 roll biscuits, quartered 1 pkg cream cheese, diced 1 cup semi sweet or milk chocolate chips 1 cup sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 cup brown sugar ½ cup butter 1 cup chopped pecans, cleaned
Directions: Preheat oven 350oF On a flatten piece of dough add 3-4 chips and one square of cream cheese. Cover chips and cheese by folding over and making into a ball. Set aside.
In a plastic zip lock add 1 cup sugar. Add 2 tsp. cinnamon Place balls into bag and shake to coat. In a glass bowl add 1 cup brown sugar. ½ cup butter Microwave 70 seconds, stirring halfway. Remove & Stir.
In a bundt pan spray with Pam. Add pecans on bottom. Add balls Add glaze Repeat order until gone Bake 30-35 minutes
After baking take bundt pan with a large plate on top and flip over. Let it set. Cool 10 minutes before removing bundt pan. Lift off straight up. Pull apart and enjoy. |
