Ingredients: ½ cup milk 6 oz. cream cheese ½ cup sour cream ½ cup Mozzarella cheese ½ cup Parmesan Cheese ½ cup pizza sauce ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese 10-12 slices pepperoni ½ tsp. Basil Salt and Pepper
Directions: Preheat oven to 450o In the 2 Quart Sauce Pan add the first five ingredients. Cook over low-medium heat Stir until melted Pour into pie pan Let cool a bit Add pizza sauce and spread over cheese Add basil salt and pepper to taste Add shredded Mozzarella cheese Top with pepperoni Place in oven until hot and bubbly, about 15-20 minutes Use toasted slices of baguette bread for dipping or soft bread sticks, canned. Now have a party for your mouth!
NOTE* Browned, drained hamburger can be added into pizza sauce as an option. |
