Ingredients:1 whole chicken 4 Russet potatoes, peeled and chunked 3 whole carrots, chopped 1'' pieces ¼ onion chopped 2 tsp garlic, minced 1Tbl. Lime juice, 1 lime 2Tbls. Ginger Paste ½ jalapeño, minced 1 Tbl Tabasco sauce ¼ cup Teriyaki sauce (at least, may need more) 2 Tbls. KC Masterpiece Caribbean Jerk 1 Tbl Kick'n Chicken spice by McCormick, sprinkled across top of chicken 1 Tbl Montreal Seasoning by McCormick
Directions: Skin Whole Chicken Wash chicken Pull out giblets and neck, discard Pour in Teriyaki Sauce and KC Master Piece Sauce into Slo Cooker Add a little water to thin out. Place whole chicken in a pre-heated hot Slo Cooker on stove top, use medium heat Brown whole chicken in Slo Cooker Stir chicken to keep from browning too much Remove chicken In pan: add onion, garlic, ginger, lime juice, ¼ jalapeño, sauté Then add potatoes and carrots, Montreal Steak Seasoning into remaining Sauce Stir. Stuff the cavity of the chicken with a few of the potatoes and carrots, leave the remaining potatoes and carrots in Slo Cooker, add more if necessary. Add the Whole Chicken on top Douse with Tabasco Sauce Add remaining ¼ jalapeños on top of chicken Shake a good amount of McCormick's Kick'n Chicken on chicken. Place on Slo Cooker Base for 5-6 hours on #2 or 8 hours on #1 ½
