Protein Fruit Smoothie
Summary
Smoothies from your local juice shop can be milkshakes in disguise.  If you want to disguise something disguise a handful of spinach, the fruit masks the taste.

Ingredients:
1 ¼ Cups berries, fresh - black, blue and razz
¾ cup Greek yogurt, low-fat plain 
½ cup orange juice
2 Tbl. milk, fat free, powdered
1 Tbl. wheat germ, toasted
1 Tbl. honey
½ tsp. Madagascar vanilla extract

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
