A family favorite and healthy way to add oatmeal to your diet.

Ingredients: ½ c egg whites ½ tsp. cinnamon ½ tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla ½ c sugar free applesauce 2 tsps. baking powder ¼ c brown sugar 3 c oatmeal 1 c milk
Directions: Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl. Optional to add raisins or blueberries.
Spread the mixture into a 9X9'' lightly sprayed pan.
Bake at 350o for 30 minutes.
Serve directly from the pan or pour warm milk over it. |
