Ingredients:½ cup Maraschino Cherries 2 packages cream cheese, softened 1 can crushed pineapple, drained well 1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions: Drain cherries on paper towel, chop cherries and drain again. Beat cream cheese with mixer until smooth. Stir in pineapple and cherries. Refrigerate until firm. Shape into 2 4'' balls Roll in pecans and refrigerate until time to serve.
*Note: Serve with crackers, vegetables or fruit
