Ingredients: 1 Spiral cut ham from Sam's Club 4 yams or sweet potatoes, peeled, sliced and quartered 1 package Craisins (dried Cranberries) ½ cup tidbits or dried fruit 2 Red Delicious apples sectioned and cored Fresh peaches or pears are also great when added Directions: Peel and quarter the slices of yams or sweet potatoes and put into the bottom of Slo Cooker. Sprinkle half of the Craisins package over the potatoes plus ¼ cup of fruit tidbits. Sprinkle the potatoes with a generous portion of the seasoning package that came with the ham. Put sectioned apples pieces over the potatoes and season again. Use a sharp knife to take the bone out of the ham. Lift the top portion of sliced ham off and put into the Slo Cooker. Sprinkle each slice of ham lightly with seasoning packet. Add the remaining sliced apple sections wherever they will fit. I add to rim of pan with ham in the middle and then fill the ham bone hole with 3 or 4 more sections of the apple. Add the remaining Craisins and fruit tidbits over the top of the ham and lightly dust with seasoning packet. Cook on low(1.5) for about 5 to 6 hours. Don't over cook. Watch your loved ones faces.
