Ingredients: 1 package of (18)skinless chicken legs 1 Mrs. Grass Dry Onion Soup package 1 8oz bottle of Russian Dressing 1 8oz jar of Apricot jelly
Directions: Mix the Dry Soup, Dressing, and Jelly together in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the chicken that has been placed in the 9x13 Bake & Roast Pan 1 layer deep. Preheat oven to 350o and bake for 1 hour. Continue baking the chicken for an addition 30 minutes with the oven turned up to 400o while basting every 10 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes then baste two more times and plate.
